Chantilly Heights Memory Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to join our team. If you are passionate about supporting older adults and creating a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss, we would love to meet you! Available Shifts Day Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Full-time and part-time opportunities available What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Follow individualized care plans and community policies Qualifications Must hold a current Virginia-approved certification or credential, such as PCA, HHA, CNA, or another qualifying direct-care certification Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions Join a team that is committed to providing exceptional care and helping our residents feel safe, valued, and at home. #CH123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
