Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the rapidly growing field of Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care, offering a remarkable work-life balance with no on-call duties or weekend shifts! We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Cedar Ridge Center in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000 , along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, holding a license as a registered nurse.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for APRNs and PAs is required.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: USD $104,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 per year.
