Sr. Director Engagement Leader

Senior Director – Engagement Leader This role oversees partnership with business owners to shape and execute high‑impact AI, emerging technology, and analytics initiatives. It sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, helping turn ambitious ideas into measurable business outcomes. What you'll do Lead collaboration with business owners to define business problems, desired outcomes, and manage engagement/delivery of AI, analytics, data, and emerging technology initiatives aligned to the enterprise and AI strategy. Develop and sequence multi‑year AI, analytics, data, and emerging technology initiatives into executable roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. Oversee end‑to‑end engagement delivery of EJ Labs initiatives from problem structuring through implementation and adoption, ensuring achievement of committed business outcomes. Intake initiatives into EJ Labs and ensure cross‑functional alignment across business, technology, risk, and support functions. Monitor and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans to maintain delivery of EJ Labs committed business outcomes and key milestones. Communicate clearly and consistently with senior leadership and stakeholders on EJ Lab initiatives progress, risks, and implications. Ensure adherence to enterprise planning, governance, and reporting standards in partnership with project management support. Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and decision forums that keep initiatives moving while maintaining clarity across participants. Serve as primary day‑to‑day partner to business owners, ensuring initiatives stay aligned to priorities, outcomes, and value realization. Embed continuous improvement practices, using feedback and performance insights to refine processes, tooling, and engagement management ways of working. Help business owners drive value realization and sustained adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact. What you'll need 6+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Completion and maintenance of firm training on information security, privacy, risk management, and applicable governance standards. What will set you apart 11+ years of experience and a master's degree. Relevant project, agile, or delivery management experience, especially in AI, analytics, or digital product environments. Experience in program delivery, AI or digital initiative management, product management, cross‑functional stakeholder leadership, or cross‑functional transformation work.
