Part-Time Recruiter (Temporary, 2-3 Months)
Hybrid Schedule: 2 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

A local manufacturer company is seeking an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to assist with a backlog of hourly applicants and support ongoing hiring efforts.

Responsibilities:

Review and screen hourly applicants
Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate assessments
Move qualified candidates through the hiring process
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain accurate ATS records

Qualifications:

Recruiting experience required
Experience with high-volume or hourly recruiting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus

Assignment Details:

Temporary position (2-3 months)
Part-time schedule
Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite, 2 days remote
