- Hybrid Schedule
- Gain exposure to a prestigious professional services environment
- Support the legal recruiting team with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
- Assist with recruiting events, campus recruiting initiatives, and onboarding activities
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruiting data and HR records with accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day HR operations as needed
The Successful Applicant
- 1-4 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, event coordination, or a related administrative role
- At least 1 full year of professional experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Great opportunity to build experience in legal recruiting and HR
