Job Description

• Support the legal recruiting team with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Assist with recruiting events, campus recruiting initiatives, and onboarding activities
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruiting data and HR records with accuracy
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams
• Assist with special projects and day-to-day HR operations as needed

The Successful Applicant

• 1-4 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, event coordination, or a related administrative role
• At least 1 full year of professional experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
