CMC Project Manager

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals seeks a CMC Project Manager to coordinate Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls activities for biologics programs. The role involves managing product development projects, external partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional technical teams in Lexington, MA with full onsite presence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plans for one or more products
• Coordinate with technical leads on meetings, progress updates, and activity prioritization
• Build and maintain relationships with external CDMOs and contract manufacturers
• Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, decision registers, and risk tracking
• Support budget development, long-range forecasting, and vendor contract management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years biopharmaceutical industry experience
• Minimum 1 year project management experience
• Prior experience managing CDMOs and external technology transfers
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of large and/or small molecule development
