If you love blending leadership with hands-on problem-solving — and you're ready to make an impact in a small, supportive healthcare setting — we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoLead daily clinic operations and support staff with confidence and positivityHire, train, and mentor team members to ensure growth, engagement, and accountabilityDevelop and implement clinic protocols for services and programsManage employee scheduling, performance reviews, and timekeepingOversee patient membership management, lab reviews, and workflow accuracyProvide top-tier customer service and resolve patient issues promptlyAudit staff tasks and monthly lab billing for accuracy and complianceCoordinate IT troubleshooting and vendor relationsManage accounts receivable, clinic refunds, and new account setups in XeroOrder medical supplies, specialty medications, and ensure operational readinessSupport business goals through strategy and team collaboration to meet monthly targetsRequirementsYou'll Excel If You HaveStrong leadership experience (2+ years in a medical or wellness environment preferred)Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with billing or inventory softwareA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and love for helping teams thriveHigh school diploma required; AA degree preferredWhy You'll Love Working With UsSupportive, close-knit clinic culture with purpose-driven leadershipOpportunity to work alongside top providers in longevity and wellness medicineRoom to grow, innovate, and make meaningful contributionsA positive, patient-focused work environmentOur employees are the backbone of our company.
