The Home Care Manager will oversee daily property operations, ensuring homes are well‑maintained and guest expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing property inspections, coordinating maintenance requests, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The role also involves optimizing processes for efficient property management while upholding hospitality standards. Regular communication with team members, vendors, and guests is a key aspect of this role.
