GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Through engaging students at MassArt, the MassArt Activities Council (MAC) provides activities that enhance learning and personal development. These activities are educational, diverse, entertaining, and designed to complement the college experience while serving the campus community. The Campus Connections Coordinator is responsible for bridging and building relationships within other divisions / departments at MassArt as well as within the Colleges of the Fenway for the MassArt Activities Council.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Campus Connections Coordinator is required to perform the following: Responsible for collaborating with departments within the Student Development Division, outside of Student Development, and the Colleges of the Fenway. Responsible for maintaining MAC Board relationships with other recognized / non-recognized student organizations along with members of the Leadership Team. Run events based around building connections within groups and departments on / off campus. Assist in overseeing MAC's participation in the semesterly Involvement Fair, and coordinate additional opportunities for students to learn about MAC and how to join and/or participate. Partake in event planning and execution as outlined within the MAC Handbook. Performs other related duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to work evenings Requirements:
