Job Title: Recruiter / On-Site Coordinator
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime as needed)
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Recruiter Onsite to join our Jersey City/Bayonne, NJ team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new associates
- Coordinate staffing needs with clients
- Conduct check-ins with associates on-site
- Maintain attendance, performance, and reporting records
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and associates
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred but necessary
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish
Pay Rate:
Competitive pay based on experience
