Leonard Morse Hospital offers specialized certification in de-escalation Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training. In this high in demand profession, you will have a collaborative team approach, working alongside Psychiatry, Medical NPs, RNs, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Human Rights Officers. Job Responsibilities Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
