Your Role: Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Location: This position primarily covers our Palm Beach Gardens center but the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. _ Reliable transportation is required. _ What We’re Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
