Crunch is a gym that believes in making serious exercise fun by fusing fitness and entertainment and pioneering a philosophy of No Judgments. Our gyms are packed with the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, weight room, full service locker rooms with showers, tanning booths, HydroMassage bed, and an extensive schedule of Crunch's signature classes including Zumba, BodyWeb with TRX, Yoga Body Sculpt, Belly Butt and Thighs Bootcamp, and more.
Responsibilities include membership sales, greeting all members and guests, checking in all members and guests, facilitating messages, answering phones, communicating special events, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, facilitating member requests, selling retail products, scheduling member services, facilitating payment, knowing club facility, services, and schedules, maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting in projects, following all policies and procedures, and opening and closing duties.
Meetings include monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
