We're seeking a high-caliber part time Oral Surgeon who is driven by clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow from an established referral base, flexible scheduling, and full clinical autonomy-so you can focus on surgery, not the day-to-day management of a practice

Responsibilities

Castle Dental, an affiliate of Smile Brands, is dedicated to delivering full-service dentistry at our thriving, high-volume practices. Endodontists enjoy a competitive production-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

What We Need From You Clinically

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
• OMFS Specialty Certificate
• Active DEA License or in Process

Your Role as an Oral Surgeon with Castle Dental

You will provide a wide range of surgical procedures for your patients and provide support for our entire dental team at each dental practice you visit. You will have full autonomy over your patients and their endodontic needs and you will not have to worry about the day-to-day operations of running a practice.

Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage of net production
