Retail Operations Manager West

Summary The Retail Operations Manager West leads operational excellence across Vacheron Constantin boutiques in the western region. The role partners with boutique leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance, systems adoption, client experience, and retail performance. Responsibilities Ensure boutique compliance, audit readiness, inventory controls, and consistent operational standards. Lead retail systems initiatives, training, communications, and change management. Oversee maintenance, budgets, openings, renovations, and operational projects across the region. Improve client experience by monitoring satisfaction and leading action plans with relevant teams. Lead regional initiatives, coordinate with the East region, and support budget optimization and team development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail operations or retail management. Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and client experience, with experience managing complex environments and cross-functional projects. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and retail systems. Proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented approach and ability to travel regularly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
