Wintergreen is a 243-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Dillon, CO, offering housing through workforce housing programs, LIHTC, CDBG, and HDG. We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment and is excited to contribute to the continued success of a well-established community.**What You'll Do:*** Support day-to-day operations of the community while partnering closely with the Property Manager.* Lease apartments in compliance with Workforce Housing, Fair Housing, and Affordable Housing Laws.* Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up.* Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and community partners.* Assist with compliance paperwork, annual certifications, and coordination with the Compliance team.* Manage rent collection activities, resident notices, service requests, and general administrative tasks.* Support budgeting activities, invoice coding, vendor coordination, and basic financial processes.* Assist with move-ins, move-outs, evictions, and court-related documentation as needed.**What You'll Bring:*** Two or more years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.* Working knowledge of affordable/workforce housing programs and compliance requirements preferred.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Comfort handling administrative tasks, financial processes, and confidential information.* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.**Compensation & Benefits:*** Competitive Hourly pay starting at $27 to $30/hour.* Medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered.* 401(k) with a 6% company match to help you invest in your future.* 18 days of PTO plus 11.5 paid holidays so you can recharge.* Paid parental leave and disability coverage for added peace of mind.* Lifestyle Spending Accounts that support your overall well-being.* Career growth opportunities, training, and long-term stability with a growing organization.**Application Deadline:** August 26th, 2026If you’re ready to make an impact in an affordable & workforce housing community and grow your career with a company that values people and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
