This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned software engineer with a passion for application development and addressing intricate data issues.To succeed in this position, a well-rounded skill set is required—approximately half of the responsibilities involve C#/.NET development, and the other half involve SQL Server and enterprise data integration.Initially, you will have a significant role in the enterprise ETL modernization project while contributing to the development of modern.NET 8 microservices that are crucial for the business.As the modernization project advances, you will continue to enhance the company’s microservices architecture and enterprise integration platform.What You’ll DoDevelop enterprise applications using C# and.NET 8Design and build scalable REST APIs and microservicesWrite advanced SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objectsSupport enterprise ETL development and data integration initiativesParticipate in the migration from Informatica to SnapLogicDevelop integrations between enterprise systems including Salesforce and other business platformsWork with Kafka messaging and modern integration technologiesCollaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technical solutionsParticipate in design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application supportContribute to a collaborative Agile development environment using GitHub, Jira, and modern CI/CD practicesRequired Qualifications:Strong professional experience developing enterprise software using C#/.NETStrong SQL Server development experience, including advanced T-SQLExperience writing stored procedures, views, functions, and complex SQL queriesExperience working with enterprise data integration or ETL solutionsExperience building REST APIs and microservicesExperience with DapperStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholdersPreferred Experience.NET 8KafkaKubernetes (deployment familiarity)SnapLogic, Informatica, or similar ETL platformsGitHub CI/CDJira / Atlassian toolsSalesforce integrationsRetail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other high-volume transactional environmentsWhy This Opportunity?This is not a role where developers simply receive specifications and write code.
