Business Development Manager

FyndTech is a global software, CRM/ERP and application development company serving clients across the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, APAC and India. We build the platforms that run our clients' businesses — from custom CRM and ERP systems to full-stack web and mobile products.
About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for FyndTech's software, CRM/ERP and app development services in the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target industries
- Build relationships with prospective clients through outreach, networking and referrals
- Own the sales pipeline from first contact through proposal and close
- Work with delivery teams to scope engagements accurately
- Represent FyndTech at industry events and online communities
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B business development, ideally in software/IT services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable owning a quota and pipeline independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management
