In this role, you will be instrumental in managing monthly cash reconciliations, handling client payments and collections, and ensuring seamless client communications. Your expertise will help maintain accurate financial records and foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and deadline adherence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience and professionalism in client interactions
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, secure workspace

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with General Ledger processes
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or collections
• Familiarity with cash management account reconciliation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
• Previous AR or collections experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated workspace
• Ability to come into the Pittsburgh office 2-3 days per month if needed
• Starting on 10/26 with a contract through mid-January, offering a swift interview and placement process
