Papa Johns Pizza is looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take charge, make great pizza, and build a team that works hard and has fun doing it. If you’ve got restaurant experience, a head for business, and a passion for people, this could be the perfect next step. As GM, you’ll run the show, leading the team, managing operations, and driving results. You’ll keep the store running smoothly, customers happy, and the pizza hot and fresh. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers top-notch service and great food Handle customer issues with a cool head and a focus on solutions Hire, train, and coach team members so they succeed (and want to stick around) Keep the store running like a well‑oiled machine—from food costs to labor schedules Drive sales with great service, local marketing, and community involvement Make sure the restaurant is safe, clean, and fully stocked at all times What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred High school diploma or GED required ServSafe or local food safety certification (preferred, not required) Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Why Join Us?
