Anesthesiologist Opportunity - $680K Compensation

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled anesthesiologist to join our physician-led anesthesiology group. This role offers a hands-on clinical experience with minimal supervisory duties, ideal for those looking for competitive pay, reliable scheduling, and long-term career stability.

Key Details

• Total Compensation: $680,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
• Work Schedule: 200 shifts per year
• Vacation: 12 weeks annually
• Call Schedule: 1:10 with night float
• Case Ownership: Approximately 90% of cases are independently managed, with around 10% involving CRNA supervision
• Case Mix: General surgery, orthopedics, spine, ENT, urology, pediatrics, obstetrics, bariatrics, podiatry, ophthalmology, interventional radiology, neurosurgery (spine only), and electrophysiology lab
