Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will work in Brenham, TX, in an environment that values inclusive culture, collaboration, and respect for all employees. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Drive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, teller collaborations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Create loyalty and expand customer share of wallet by delivering a complete PNC conversation at every client interaction and leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and supporting efficient branch daily operations. Employee Expectations Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions and able to create customized solutions. Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
