Shift Options: 8.5-hour shifts with start times every 30 minutes between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM EST

What You'll Do

As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and helping small business owners navigate their insurance needs.
Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound customer calls and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Providing one-call resolution whenever possible
• Processing account updates and policy changes
• Assisting customers with account management and payment setup, including autopay enrollment
• Retaining customers who are considering canceling their policies
• Building and strengthening customer relationships
• Accurately documenting customer interactions in multiple systems
• Entering and managing inbound leads in a timely manner
• Following up on customer requests and open items
• Working collaboratively with teammates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience

Technology Requirements

All candidates should be comfortable with technology and able to work across multiple systems simultaneously, including:

• Dual monitors
• Multiple browser windows and applications
• CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Data entry and documentation while speaking with customers

Ideal Backgrounds
Call Center Experience (Preferred)

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Experience managing high call volumes
• Proven customer issue resolution skills
• Familiarity with call metrics, scripts, and CRM systems

Entry-Level Professionals

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Business, Communications, or related educational experience a plus
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment

Customer Service Backgrounds

• Retail, hospitality, banking, or service industry experience
• Strong personality and relationship-building skills
• Dependable and customer-focused approach

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
