Project Architect

Licensed Architect

We are seeking a licensed architect with strong experience in industrial and mission-critical facility design. This role supports the design and delivery of data centers and manufacturing facilities, working in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Pay: $60.00- $75.00 per hour DOE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design efforts for data centers and industrial facilities
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, clients, and subcontractors
• Develop construction documents, layouts, and technical specifications
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes
• Review and coordinate designs across disciplines
• Participate in project meetings and resolve technical challenges
• Support construction activities (submittals, RFIs, field walks)
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, and schedules
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (accredited program)
• Professional Architect License (required)
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states
• Minimum 8+ years of architectural design experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of building codes and industrial facility design
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience designing data centers or manufacturing facilities

• Hybrid role (2 days onsite per week if local)
