• Engage customers online, by phone, and in the showroom

• Guide buyers through a transparent, customer‑focused sales process

• Follow up with leads using our CRM (Elead)

• Maintain product knowledge of Ford vehicles and new inventory

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to delivery
