Now, we're looking for a high-energy, customer-driven Sales Representative to join our winning team! What Will You Be Doing? Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track and manage customer interactions using our store-specific CRM system. Stay informed about new Toyota products, features, and accessories — and share your knowledge with enthusiasm. Attend manufacturer and in-house training courses to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry. Follow up with sales leads and current customers to maximize opportunities. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships that go beyond the sale. Have fun and bring positive energy to every customer interaction! Who Are We Looking For? 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience, preferred. Strong communication skills and a powerful desire to succeed. Friendly, outgoing, and polished professionals who thrive in a team environment. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using technology and dealership systems.
