PAY & BONUSES

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,500 Base Mileage Pay: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Based on your verifiable experience) Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.03 CPM based on safety and productivity. Protection Pay: Clear, guaranteed policies for Detention, Layover, and Breakdown pay. Paid Orientation: We respect your time from day one.

THE RUN & EQUIPMENT

Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook / 40-50% Live Unload). Length of Haul: Average 400 miles. Home Time: Every other week for 2 full days. HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, with 3+ months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience (40ft+). Safety Record: Max 1 preventable accident and max 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No major CMV accidents in the last 5 years. Background: No DUI/DWI or drug convictions in the past 5 years.
