In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating new hire orientation programs, educational in-service/clinical programs, and training for all nursing personnel. Oversees the infection control program as a designated infection preventionist to comply with Federal and State regulations, and to provide training to nursing staff. Assists the Director of Nursing (DON) with management and administrative functions.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Current State Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum of five years' clinical experience; preferably in a long-term care settingExperience with in-service educationClinical supervisory experience is preferredKnowledge of principles of nursing care, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilitiesTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
