Job Overview
Manage an established territory, providing critical safety equipment (PPE, fall protection) and industrial supplies to local businesses. This role blends hands-on delivery with technical sales, acting as a consultant to help clients protect their employees and remain OSHA-compliant. [1, 2]
Core Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales : Identify client needs for safety products and demonstrate solutions for workplace hazards.
- Inventory & Service : Restock on-site inventory, manage tool cribs, and service safety equipment like first aid kits or eye-wash stations.
- Route Management : Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver orders, maintain accurate logs, and manage daily stops efficiently.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM .
- Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends or holidays .
- Pay Structure : Competitive hourly rate ($17–$25/hr) plus performance-based commission or bonuses.
Qualifications
- Age/Licensing : Must be at least 23 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical : Ability to lift and move 35–50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
