Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations using our reservation platform and ensure efficient seating of the dining room.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with special requests or accommodations.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
