Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and fluently
• Computer experience using Microsoft Windows Suite
• Excellent Customer Service Skills - may be asked to demonstrate
• Type 59 correct keystrokes per minute for Alpha.
• Two years experience in a customer service environment


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma/GED
• CNA or other medical certification
• Experience in medical environment
• Completion of an approved Medical Terminology course or Medical Terminology knowledge
• Experience with Meditech or other medical data systems
• Certification by a professional organization (CAM, CHAA or CHAM)
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
