This role is responsible for receiving, identifying, organizing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial materials and equipment ranging from small hardware and electrical components to large motors and mechanical parts.

This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, and purchasing support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers

Responsibilities Include:

• Receive incoming inventory and materials from the customer and suppliers
• Identify, label, and accurately store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Enter inventory data and transactions into the company ERP system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Pull and prepare materials for customer needs and maintenance requests
• Deliver materials to customer locations on-site in a professional and timely manner
• Interact directly with customer personnel and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with sourcing replacement parts and identifying suppliers
• Request pricing from vendors and help prepare customer quotations
• Generate purchase orders to suppliers as needed
• Assist with continuous improvement of warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
