Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Selby Jennings Recruitment Consultant Financial Operations Job Title: Finance Associate Salary: $90k-$150k + Bonus Company Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading investment management firm as part of the Financial Operations team. In this role, you'll support the CFO across key operational functions and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficiency and process excellence. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both financial operations and HR. In this role you will be responsible for: Manage accounts payable/ accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, and compensation processes. Handle onboarding/offboarding, background checks, and policy compliance. Review monthly financial's, assist with audits and tax filings while ensuring timely compliance. Evaluate and transition vendors; assist with financial systems and tools. Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to financial, HR, and regulatory standards.
