Together, we make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide care and support to patients at Meng Residence in De Pere. The CNA provides services and procedures that are delegated, assigned, and supervised by a Unity RN. These services and procedures are based on the RN's comprehensive assessment of the patient's personal care needs and are documented in the Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care.As part of this role, CNAs will be cross-trained to provide support within the community as needed to see patients. During times when census or staffing needs require additional support, you may assist the community team by managing a small patient caseload, working as a float CNA, or providing care to patients in their homes or other facilities.
