Executive Assistant – STORM Project Office, Redstone Arsenal, AL Position Description Serves as Executive Assistant for the Business Management Directorate (BMD), Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, providing administrative, analytical, and programmatic support to the Office of the Business Management Director and staff. Responsibilities Providing administrative, programmatic, and operational support, including regular administrative, knowledge management, and staff support. Coordinating and integrating Business Management functions (financial management, cost, acquisition) across the directorate. Developing and consolidating information and data to build briefings for internal and external reviews. Reviewing and submitting various documents into automated coordination and processing systems for action; coordinating and tracking PAE Staff Action Control Office (SACO) taskers to ensure closure. Reviewing and submitting Business Management documents in electronic document and routing systems for coordination and approvals. Managing the in‑processing and out‑processing of Business Management personnel. Serving as the BMD new employee coordinator, initiating and monitoring actions required to request and onboard personnel using Hiring Board Request (HBR) system and Access and Support Site Information (ATLAs) system. Coordinating with Knowledge Management activities on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for proper document management and storage. Serving as the BMD Travel Coordinator, managing Defense Travel System for the directorate. Qualifications Requires a Secret or higher DoD security clearance, or ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe. Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience, or HS diploma and 13 years of experience. At least one year of experience developing travel requests in the Defense Travel System and coordinating travel for the organization. At least one year of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other applications (SharePoint, Power BI). At least one year of experience organizing and developing briefing products and written documents for senior leaders. At least one year of experience managing documentation in automated coordination and processing systems for action. Knowledge/familiarity with artificial intelligence applications is a plus.
