Our electricians are responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting and maintenance through well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).What You'll DoProvide general support to the construction technicians and installers as neededInstall and layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems and feedersInstall motor feeders and makes standard motor connectionsAnalyze blueprints effectively for job site knowledgeAnalyze upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and trainingDemonstrate the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and sizeOpportunity to lead small crews (2-5 electricians)Enforce a safe jobsite and maintains compliance with company safety, OSHA and customer-specific safety standardsDemonstrate excellent customer relations though utilization of effective problem-solving techniqueQualificationsRequired Skills, Experience, and EducationMust be a Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician4+ years in the electrical fieldStrong mechanical aptitude.Able to read and understand electrical prints.Preferred Skills and Abilities4+ years of electrical experienceWinning Behaviors and CompetenciesReal-time Communication is key to success: We will communicate real-time to our team members and clients.Knowing our projects is key to success: Preplanning and continuous planning habits lead to success.
