Regional Sales Manager

You'll partner closely with Division Managers and Sales Consultants to execute business plans, optimize results, and support continued growth across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with Division Managers to support, develop, and drive Sales Consultant performance while achieving and exceeding regional goals for traffic, leads, sales, closings, and customer satisfaction.
• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, buyer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive positioning, and pricing trends to drive effective sales strategies and community performance.
• Leverage market and performance data to support strategic planning and future growth initiatives.
• Train and develop sales teams to ensure company objectives, sales processes, and buyer experience expectations are clearly understood and consistently executed.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce and sales technology tools to improve performance, visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure digital sales channels and sales studio operations consistently meet brand, operational, and buyer experience standards.
• Partner with sales, lending, and production teams to optimize backlog performance, deliver timely closings, and provide an exceptional buyer experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting data to drive a disciplined sales organization focused on sales results, operational excellence, contract accuracy, and buyer satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration across markets by sharing best practices and successful strategies.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

• Strategic sales leader with a proven track record of developing high-performance teams and delivering business results.
• Strong understanding of new home sales, buyer experience, sales operations, and backlog management.
• Ability to coach talent, drive conversion, and leverage business metrics to improve performance and profitability.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

Your Education and Experience:

• Valid real estate license for AZ is required for this role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of sales management experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of new home sales experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales team.
