Responsibilities Repair/replace defective equipment/parts on a scheduled or emergency basis. Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making independently and in a team environment. Ensure operation of machinery and electrical/mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Goal oriented, self-motivated & model values in behavior. Have a positive attitude and committed to continuous improvement and success of the organization. Communicate effectively with managers & other maintenance associates on tasks performed. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Qualifications 2-year Associate Degree preferred or 2 - 5 years of experience with the above job requirements. Shift Requirements Weekend Shift: 4 AM to 4 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday Third Shift: 10 PM to 6 AM (5 days) or 8 PM to 6 AM (4 days) Come join our team and work in a Climate Controlled Environment.
