Pay Rate : $49 Hourly - Hybrid, Onsite 3 days.


Title : Enterprise Email Operations Specialist
Location: Mettawa, IL 60045
Duration : 7+ months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Email Operations Specialist (5 Years)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, communications, marketing operations, or email marketing
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
• Experience leading meetings, training sessions, or stakeholder presentations
• Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of reporting and PowerBI
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical individuals
• Ability to work independently and lead meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices, workflows, and email creation tools such as Knak; hands-on email build experience is a plus but not required
