Multi-Unit Area Coach: Lead, Grow & Drive Profit

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants and ensure each Restaurant General Manager meets the annual operating plan. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to travel between stores daily. You will hire and develop RGMs, coach on the four rights, analyze VOC and CORE results, drive product rollouts, resolve customer issues, and monitor financial performance.
