What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience in a school environment is a plus
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation
• Enthusiasm about working with diverse student populations
• Positive attitude and flexibility in adapting to school needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based care
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and school staff
• Consult and collaborate to foster an inclusive, supportive educational environment
