Objective : As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Johnson County's growing market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

- Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members
Responsibilities:
- Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
- Navigate Kansas City Metro: Safely operate trucks through Lenexa's neighborhoods and surrounding Johnson County communities
- Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Kansas properties
- Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Lenexa business community
- Kansas-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during hot summers and cold winter conditions
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required
- Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience in the Kansas City metro area preferred
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in variable Kansas weather conditions
- Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor within the Kansas City region is highly valued
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Lenexa and surrounding Johnson County communities is a plus
