Speech Language Pathologist Team Supervisor

Overview Aveanna Healthcare is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical leadership team. This position leads our Speech Department while maintaining a personal caseload, allowing you to directly impact and indirectly support families in your local community. Maintain a personal caseload with an expected 14 visits weekly, lead the Speech Department, and ensure team performance meets organizational standards. Qualifications Meets the qualifications as established by ASHA or other professional organization. Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice. Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association, or is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification. Valid, unexpired Driver’s License. Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred.
