Summary Provide personalized styling and sales services on the sales floor, building and maintaining a loyal clientele through exceptional customer experiences. Support store merchandising and client relationship activities to drive repeat business and add-on sales. Work collaboratively with the store team to meet individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver personal sales and holistic in-store selling, building relationships and repeat clientele. Prepare for client appointments by selecting and presenting appropriate merchandise to create add-on opportunities. Conduct follow-up with existing clients on needs such as fittings, alterations, and dedicated appointments. Educate clients on the features and benefits of the store loyalty program. Participate in merchandising activities and general store maintenance. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of retail clothing or footwear sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment. Experience or familiarity with departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred. Demonstrated passion for menswear, fashion, and creating exceptional customer service experiences to drive repeat business.
