Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure through the FL Department of Health

• Completion of fingerprinting required; previous prints may be valid if done through the AHCA Clearinghouse
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site physical therapy assessments and interventions for students with varied needs
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and other therapists
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Travel between multiple schools as assigned
• Maintain compliance with district protocols and timelines, including credentialing and documentation
