With multiple locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley, the team is focused on delivering reliable automotive solutions and friendly, professional service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Brownsville, TX. The Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic assessments, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying issues, using diagnostic tools, replacing and repairing parts, and verifying that all work meets safety and quality standards. The role also involves documenting repair work, communicating findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors, and following dealership and manufacturer procedures. Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhere to all safety regulations, and support a positive customer experience by completing work efficiently and accurately.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance services, and mechanical repairs across multiple makes and models.Proficiency using automotive tools, equipment, and diagnostic software, with strong attention to safety and quality.Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, technical bulletins, and work orders, and to follow standardized procedures.Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.Effective communication skills to collaborate with service advisors and team members, and to document work clearly and accurately.High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program, ASE certifications, or manufacturer training is preferred.Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely.Willingness to work on-site in Brownsville, TX, with flexibility for weekends or extended hours as business needs require.
