Job Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Accounts Payable / Accountant professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, processing subcontractor pay applications, reconciling financial accounts, and supporting month end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while collaborating with vendors, employees, and internal teams. Experience with Sage Intacct or other modern accounting systems is strongly preferred.
