About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People and Culture to play a pivotal role in the evolution of its organizational growth and maturity. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving core people strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. This key executive will work closely with the CEO and the executive team to enhance the company's approach to hiring, managing, and developing its workforce. The role demands a leader with a strong background in people management, executive partnership, and the ability to build scalable systems in a fast-paced environment. The VP will be measured on their ability to strengthen hiring standards, improve performance management processes, and ensure that the company's people strategies align with its business goals and culture. To be a strong fit for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years' experience in progressive people and HR roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advising senior leadership on talent and organizational matters, as well as experience in driving the adoption of people programs across the organization. Key skills include talent acquisition strategy, performance management program design, and expertise in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and workplace risk. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a growth mindset in a global, distributed team environment. Experience in a high-growth, virtual, or operationally complex environment is also highly valued.
