As a Packaging Operator, you will help ensure the safe and efficient packaging of our cheese products while maintaining the highest sanitation and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and packaging equipment according to established procedures
• Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation activities to maintain a clean-room-like environment
• Conduct Critical Control Point (CCP) checks and verify product quality standards
• Collect product samples and accurately complete required documentation
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report operational issues
• Handle and use approved cleaning compounds safely and effectively
• Support facility-wide sanitation and housekeeping activities
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing processes as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
• Experience working in a production or packaging environment
