Position Title Quality Assurance Manager Date Posted 06/12/2026 Location Everett, WA Pay Range $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 Position Description Starting Salary: $120,000 - $160,000; depending on experience Location: Everett, WA Classification: Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available Position Overview Responsible for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs across fabrication and construction operations. Ensures compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable codes (ASME, AWS, NBIC, and jurisdictional), while driving defect prevention and process standardization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain corporate QA/QC Manual and procedures Manage ASME BPVC and NBIC programs and certifications Maintain WPS, PQRs, and welder continuity records Coordinate third-party NDE, inspections, and testing Ensure calibration of test equipment and weld machines Manage non-conformance tracking and corrective actions Perform project compliance reviews (specs, NDE, materials) Conduct shop and jobsite audits and inspections Inspect fabrication for materials, dimensions, and orientation Drive process improvement and root cause analysis Secondary Responsibilities Support project teams and participate in planning meetings Assist estimating with quality requirements Support QA/QC reporting systems and tools Position Requirements Required Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and fabrication Working knowledge of ASME, NBIC, and welding processes Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Strong communication and leadership skills Supervisory Responsibility Quality Control Inspectors (Field and Shop) Coordinates third-party inspectors Preferred Education and Experience 10+ years mechanical construction or QA/QC experience 5+ years in quality leadership role Required Licensing and Other Certifications CWI preferred Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Benefits Summary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Company-paid life and disability insurance (STD/LTD) Paid Time Off (PTO) beginning at 120 hours annually for full-time employees Seven paid holidays plus one floating holiday Employee Assistance Program Professional development support and tuition reimbursement Employee referral program Wellness program and employee events Paid Time Off Eligible employees begin accruing PTO on their date of hire.
